What we're looking for:

  • Strong confidence and history supporting movement of a sales organization upmarket.
  • Unfazed by constant change, and ability to handle multiple tasks at once with excellent time management and communication to internal stakeholders.

What's the job really?

  • Support our salespeople to make sure that they develop the necessary sales skills to drive Zipwhip's rapid growth.
  • Work towards the sales department's goals and act as a resource to implement projects and deliver results.
  • Partner with the leadership of the marketing, customer experience, product, and sales teams to optimize and scale the onboarding, training, and continuing development programs.
  • Design and implement an effective training program that engages and better prepares Zipwhip's salespeople.
  • Translate new business processes and initiatives into learning modules and digestible content for the sales organization.
  • Explore new ways to improve sales team productivity.

What you bring to the table:

  • More than 4 years of experience in a Sales Trainer role. At least, 2 years of experience in instructional design is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for embracing new technology, applications and technical solutions.
